Beautiful King suite, comfortable bed, loved the location. Also the soap that is used for hand washing and shower gel- smells divine and felt luxurious. Seamless and efficient check in and check out.

I planed to spend short vacation in Dallas after business trip so I wanted to stay in downtown. Hotel's location is exactly I was looking for. Moreover the hotel in general really good and comfortable even despite of continuing renovation.

The customer service is exceptional, the staff really cares about the guests, they are friendly and genuine. The rooms were comfortable, modern and super clean. Mattresses so comfortable and the linen quality superior😁. I used the garage across the street and it was perfect. Yes, there’s construction, to improve a beautiful historical property, so I look forward to return!

in the room, good mattress, keurig machine for coffee, pillows were firmer, shower was walk in stall, lots of power to charge items. the bed was really comfortable however the comforter was just a single piece so when i got too hot it was either off or on, it could be better with layers

The staff was great and accomdating. They were aware of the construction and city noises and provided ear plugs in the room. They also offered dining coupons to make the stay a bit sweeter. I didn't need a car for this trip and I was able to get to everything I needed via walking and public transit. It was a great stay, I wish it was longer than a night.

It was just a good all around experience. It started with the gentleman who checked us in. Wish I could remember his name. He was awesome! He gave us great info about our event we were attending. Made us feel very comfortable. Speaking of comfort the bed was perfect!! Room was very clean! Shower was nice as well.
